Hlangana Bhaca Organisation is a dedicated civil rights and heritage organization that passionately works towards the recognition and upliftment of the Bhaca people in South Africa. Our mission is to mobilize resources, advocate for cultural preservation, and promote economic advancement in all regions inhabited by the Bhaca community. At Hlangana Bhaca Organisation, we firmly believe in the power of unity and collaboration. By bringing together individuals, communities, and stakeholders, we aim to create a strong collective voice that advocates for the rights, language, and cultural heritage of the Bhaca people.

Collaborative Strategic Intent

If Hlangana Bhaca and its affiliated institutions are to effectively carry out our vision, our collaborative strategic intent must be unwavering. Our vision will remain a weak pipe dream unless we aggressively foster meticulous planning and master implementation of our strategies. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that every individual within the Hlangana Bhaca community works together to continuously enhance our strategic planning capacity. We achieve this by consciously prioritizing knowledge oriented planning that is based on fact based research which will give us a superior logic approach in implementing our programs.

Lay & Build Plan

We are forging a future through a " lay and build" plan of action that prioritises laying foundations through fact based research and building of infrastructure through strategy, resource mapping and resource planning. As a trusted Bhaca interest organization and advocate for heritage and cultural recognition, Hlangana Bhaca , deeply integrates within our communities as we strive to ensure the fulfillment of essential prerequisites for the continued existence and prosperity of the Bhaca people. Simultaneously, we establish sustainable structures that empower the Bhaca people to shape their own future, independently and on their own terms.

    We have a clear mission, that of building an efficient platform that will be the catalyst of the revival and emergence of the Bhaca nation as a recognised sovereign nation with its kingdom, historic record, cultural heritage and a claim to the right to design the future it deserves for its people.

    Cultural Preservation, Education, and Awareness: Preserve and promote the cultural heritage of the Bhaca people by sharing their stories, traditions, language, and history through engaging and informative podcast episodes. Educate both the Bhaca community and a broader audience about the Bhaca people, their contributions, challenges, and unique experiences. Increase awareness and understanding of the Bhaca culture and history and advocate for isiBhaca as a language to be recognised and made an official language that can be canonized into the curriculum of the education department etc.
